HyperPlast NC 657 is modified polycarboxylic ether polymer based formulation which provides appreciable strength gain by high water reduction at any constant workability
- Improves workability substantially resulting in easier and quicker placement and compaction.
- Enhances strength by reducing water required.
- High water reduction up to more than 25-30%
- Water reduction minimizes shrinkage or cracking hence better durability and surface finish.
- Less porous and denser concrete.
- More cohesive concrete. Bleeding is minimized.
- Pumping properties of the mix are improved.

- For producing high strength /grade concrete by substantially reducing water.
- For producing concrete having high workability, requiring minimum compaction.
- For reducing cement content of the mix. Hence reducing heat of hydration, shrinkages and improving durability.
- HyperPlast NC 657 is compatible with most chemical admixtures used in the production of concrete such as water-reducing admixtures, air entertainers, accelerators, retarders, extended set control admixtures, corrosion inhibitors, and shrinkage reducers or Mineral Admixtures such as slag and pozzolans such as fly ash, meta kaolin and silica fume.
- HyperPlast NC 657 is supplied in 50 and 200 kg drums.
- It can also be supplied in tanker load.
Usability
Dosage
Depends on workability gain/ strength gain required, best determined by site trials. Normally its in the range of 0.5- 1.0% of cement.
Application Method
Required quantity of HyperPlast NC 657 should be added along with gauging water, preferably with the last 20% of the water required. It should no be added to dry cement.
Over Dosage
Over dosage of HyperPlast NC 657 may cause excessive delay in initial and final setting time. Bleeding and segregation may also occur. Small over dosage normally don’t cause any adverse effect on final strength of concrete

Storage
HyperPlast NC 657 must be stored in a properly sealed container at a temperature range of 10-35 C away from direct Sunlight. In case of freezing it might not be possible to reconstitute to original state. If stored properly it has a shelf life of 1 year.
Safety
Direct Contact with body parts such as eyes, mouth and skin should be avoided. In case ingested, seek immediate medical attention.
In case of contact with eyes wash with splashes of clean water and seek immediate medical assistance. Keep away from children and animals. Do not reuse containers for storage of items for human consumption .
